Who Are We?
Who are we and why are we doing this project? Everything you need to know about the journalists and multimedia specialists is listed below!
Meagan Dullack
I am the webmaster of Pour Michigan. I'm in charge of putting all content on the webpage and organizing content including everything from page layouts to font styles.
Specialty: Photojournalism, graphic design, web design and visual story telling.
Graduation date: December 2014
Twitter: @Meagan1Dullack
Instagram: @meagandullackphoto
Email: [email protected]
Portfolio: www.mdullackphotoblog.wordpress.com
Favorite beer: Frankenmuth Winter Bock or any Frankenmuth Beers. They're usually the Michigan beers that taste the best to me!
Favorite TV show: Right now I'm hooked on Chicago P.D!
Favorite drinking game: Well 'Beer Pong' is a classic drinking game, but I also like Waterfall. It's always funny to see how people react when they draw a specific card.
What's next: After this semester, I will hopefully get a photography internship and get to spend the summer taking pictures and doing what I love. After I graduate in December 2014, I plan on moving out to California or to New York and pursuing a career in either action sports or fashion photography. I would love to travel and experience all that photography and photojournalism has to offer.

Dom Trimboli
I edited the Hideout time lapse and wrote The Hideout and Heather LaRowe article.
Specialty: Broadcast Journalism
Graduation date: December 2015
Email: [email protected]
Favorite brewery: The Hideout has easily become my new favorite. Thirty-one friggin’ taps of in-home craft brewed juice. Man, you couldn't pay me to leave!
First legal drink: It was a Long Island Iced Tea. Don’t ask me what my second or third drinks were, though. (I can’t quite remember).
Favorite drinking game: It’s called Buffalo, but I can’t tell you how to play unless you agree to be inducted into a lifelong commitment.
What's next: I want to spend my life creating entertaining content that makes people cry from laughter and seriously question social norms in the same breath. Be that for print or radio I don’t mind at the start, but I intend to end up in TV by the end of my career.

Baylen Brown
I did the feature profile video, article and photos on at-home Jackson brewer Liam Todd.
Speciality: Photography is my forte, but I’m working on getting my videography skills up to that level. I love writing, but usually I let my photos tell the story.
Graduation date: I’m a junior, so hopefully I’ll be out of here in the next couple years. But hey, I love college. I may stick around a little while.
Twitter: @baaaylen
Facebook: facebook.com/baylenbrownphotography
Favorite beer: Fat Tire Amber Ale
Favorite season for beers: Nothing makes me think of summer like lying in the sun by the pool or barbecuing outside with a nice sweaty glass beer bottle in hand.
Favorite TV show: The Office
What's next: I’ll be around CMU for at least another year. You can probably find me wandering around campus or biking around town with my camera. I love photography, but I definitely intend to continue working to improve my video skills.

Nick Nolan
I wrote the Underground story, did photos and video for it, and I wrote out this awesome about us section.
Speciality: In my mind I think I’m a specialist at everything, but really what I do well is writing. I'll flirt with video from time to time too with some success.
Graduation date: May 2014 with a B.S. in journalism!
Twitter/Instagram: @nicknolanphd
Email: [email protected]
Favorite drinking song: “Pints of Guinness Make You Strong” by Against Me!
Favorite drinking game: You know that game about presidents and politics? What’s it called? Oh yah! Ps & As. That’s my favorite drinking game
Bottle, draft or can: You can’t beat the refreshment of a cold bottle of beer.
What's next: I graduate in May, so the future is almost here for me. After graduation I’m going to spend the summer working at home and trying to build up my portfolio (and you know, money to buy more microbrews!).

Betsy Pollard Rau
has been enjoying beer for longer than all of her students have been born. The 1975 graduate of CMU was smart enough to marry a beer man on June 21, 1974, and this year will celebrate 40 hoppy years with him.
The expertise she brought to the project is vast. Pilsners, IPAs, stouts, ales, wheat beers and porters—along with a little writing coaching talent and just enough knowledge of photo and video to make her dangerous.
She gets excited when Oberon comes on the market and is impatiently counting the days until the mini-kegs hit stores at the end of May. Other than that, you can count on her drinking any product Fabiano Brothers sells and enjoying many cold ones on the deck with her husband Ron at Eight Point Lake.
Since she loves students and learning, Rau hopes to teach for the rest of her life; however, after next year, students may have to find her online or on the deck. Cheers!
